FC Barcelona celebrated a goal festival in the Champions League and made a big step towards reaching the round of 16. The Catalans won 4-0 (2-0) at Red Star Belgrade on Wednesday and are now top of Group E with nine points from three games.

Robert Lewandowski (48th) and Pedri (69th) scored for Barca, while the hosts scored an own goal (59th). Ansu Fati (76th) made the final score. Bayern Munich, on the other hand, had to settle for a 1-1 (0-0) draw at Lokomotiv Moscow and missed the chance to take the lead in Group A. Douglas Costa (70th) put the German record champions in the lead, but Anton Miranchuk (84th) equalized for Moscow.

Borussia Dortmund celebrated a 3-1 (0-0) home win against Club Brugge in Group F. Thorgan Hazard (14th), Marco Reus (32nd) and Jude Bellingham (89th) scored for BVB. Brugge goalkeeper Simon Mignolet (30th) scored an own goal. In Group G, RB Leipzig lost 2-1 (0-1) at Paris Saint-Germain. Kylian Mbappé (9th) and Lionel Messi (67th) scored for PSG, while Christopher Nkunku (57th) scored for Leipzig.
