Barcola not under any extra pressure at PSG, insists Luis Enrique

Luis Enrique has insisted that Nico Gonzalez is not under any extra pressure at Paris Saint-Germain.

The 20-year-old midfielder joined the Ligue 1 champions on loan from Barcelona in the summer, and has made a positive start to life in the French capital, scoring two goals in his first three appearances.

However, Enrique has played down the pressure on Nico to perform at PSG, saying that he is still a young player who is learning his trade.

"Nico is a very good player, but he is still young and he is still learning," Enrique said. "We are not putting any extra pressure on him. We just want him to play his game and enjoy his football."

Nico's performances for PSG have earned him a call-up to the Spain squad for the upcoming Nations League matches against Portugal and Switzerland.

The midfielder is likely to make his debut for Spain in one of those matches, and Enrique is confident that he can handle the pressure of playing at international level.
