Bayern: Two-year-old child hit by a car and badly injured

Emergency services were called to the scene on Friday afternoon

A two-year-old child was seriously injured on Friday afternoon after being hit by a car in Bavaria. The incident happened in the town of Germering, near Munich, at around 3:30 pm.

According to police, the child was playing in the street when it was hit by a car that was reversing out of a driveway. The child was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
