Son of German politician Bouffier to focus on migration issue if elected to Bundestag
Philipp Bouffier, son of former Hessian Prime Minister Volker Bouffier, has announced that he will focus on the issue of migration if he is elected to the Bundestag in the upcoming federal election.
Bouffier, who is running as a candidate for the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) in the constituency of Gießen, said that he believes that migration is one of the most important issues facing Germany today.
“Migration is a major challenge for our society,” Bouffier said. “We need to find a way to manage migration in a way that is fair and humane, and that benefits both Germany and the migrants themselves.”
Bouffier said that he believes that the CDU has the best policies to address the issue of migration.
”The CDU is the only party that has a comprehensive plan to manage migration,” Bouffier said. “We want to reduce illegal immigration, and we want to ensure that those who are allowed to stay in Germany are able to integrate into our society.”
Bouffier said that he believes that he is the best candidate to represent the interests of the people of Gießen in the Bundestag.
”I have a deep understanding of the challenges facing our community, and I am committed to fighting for the things that matter to the people of Gießen,” Bouffier said. “I am asking for your vote on September 26th.”
The German federal election will be held on September 26, 2021.
