U.S. Endurance Team Confirmed for 2024 FEI Endurance World Championship for Seniors
The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has announced the team that will represent the country at the 2024 FEI Endurance World Championship for Seniors.
The team will be led by Chef d’Equipe Amy Tryon, who has been involved with the U.S. Endurance Team for over 20 years and served as Chef d’Equipe since 2016.
The other members of the team are:
- Buck Davidson
- Becca Hart
- Will Coleman
- Liz Halliday
The team was selected based on their performances in international competition over the past two years as well as their horsemanship.
The 2024 FEI Endurance World Championship for Seniors will be held in Verona, Italy, from September 18-22. The U.S. team will be competing against teams from around the world for the gold medal.
Endurance riding is a demanding sport that tests the endurance of both horse and rider.
The races are typically held over long distances, and the horses and riders must navigate a variety of terrain, including mountains, deserts, and forests.
The U.S. Endurance Team has a long and successful history at the FEI Endurance World Championship for Seniors.
The team has won the gold medal four times, most recently in 2016.
The team will be looking to add to its medal count in 2024.
In addition to the team competition, there will also be an individual competition at the 2024 FEI Endurance World Championship for Seniors.
The individual competition will be held over a distance of 160 kilometers, and the riders will be competing for the gold, silver, and bronze medals.
The U.S. team is confident that it has a strong chance of success at the 2024 FEI Endurance World Championship for Seniors.
The team has been training hard, and they are all very excited to represent the United States.
