Good news for some oven owners – others need to hurry
Affected Neff ovens can be used again – exchange devices should be ordered quickly
Around 68,000 households are affected by the oven recall from the manufacturer Neff. The reason for this is a defective component that can lead to a power failure of the oven. The company has now found a solution to the problem and is asking customers to have their ovens checked.
Owners of the following Neff ovens can breathe a sigh of relief
- Built-in ovens with the model number H53 and H63
- Built-in ovens with the CircoTherm function and the model number B57 and B67
- Built-in ovens with the Slide&Hide door and the model number C17 and C67
These ovens can be used again without hesitation. However, owners of other Neff ovens should order an exchange device as soon as possible. The company has set up a hotline for this purpose: 0800 22 44 666.
